    Q- How much is shipping? 
    A- We offer FREE standard shipping in the USA, along with Priority Shipping.

    Q- How long does shipping takes?
    A-

    • Standard Delivery FREE: To USA Only.
    • Priority Shipping: Ships in 1 to 3 working days and transit time takes an additional 3-7 working days.
    • Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm
    • Working days are: Monday to Friday (and do not include public holidays or weekends)
    • We do not Ship orders on weekends or holidays. 
    • Shipping: U.S. orders fulfills and ships within 1-3 business days followed by 7-10 business days transit time for most products in the store.  With delays in shipping worldwide, some products may take 1-2 weeks transit time.  We strive to get our customers their items in a timely manner with the current worldwide supply chain delays.  Feel free to inquire about shipping times for specific products at support@traditionmodern.com.

    Q- Where is my order?
    A- You can track your order here: TRACK MY ORDER using the tracking number sent to you via email.

    Q- What is my tracking number?
    A: This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting support.

    Q - I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
    A: Simply contact us at support@traditionmodern.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.

    Q- How can I make changes to my order?
    A- If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

    Q- How can I cancel my order? 

    A- You must contact us within 12 hours.

        -We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.  

    Q - What is your return policy?
    A: Items are returnable up to 30 days after purchase.
